Wiradjuri/Wolgalu man who lived a chunk of his life involved in professional sport (NRL & Boxing) Following an attempt on his life in 2012, Joe felt his purpose was to help those with similar experiences. In 2012 Joe founded The Enemy Within mental health organisation & has since dove deep into learning, understanding all things recovery; addictions, attachment, relationships & parenting – Joe’s main goals is to help people understand, why they are, the way they are.

Joe is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne & recently founded the Our Way Academy – working with First Nations young people to create ‘better now’.
