The Addiction Collective Virtual Summit Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for The Addiction Collective: 3 Day Sobriety and Addiction Recovery Summit (“Summit”).

Eligibility and Registration:
You must be 18 years of age or older to register for the Summit.
Registration is free and open to the public.

You may only register for one ticket per person. Sharing and/or resale of tickets are strictly prohibited.

Access and Restrictions:
Access to the Summit will be granted exclusively through the registered email address.
Sharing access details with any third party is prohibited and may result in account termination.
The Summit platform and its content are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Downloading, recording, or redistributing any part of the Summit content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content and Disclaimers:
The information provided during the Summit is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or professional advice.
You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns you may have.
The organizers of the Summit do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information presented during the Summit.
The organizers of the Summit are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of information presented during the Summit.

Liability and Indemnification:
You agree to hold the organizers of the Summit harmless from any and all claims, damages, and losses arising from your participation in the Summit.
You agree to indemnify and defend the organizers of the Summit from any claims, damages, and losses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy:
Registration for the Summit is free, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Any additional purchases made in conjunction with the Summit, such as access to bonus materials or replays, may have their own refund policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Modification and Termination:
The organizers of the Summit reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The organizers of the Summit reserve the right to terminate your access to the Summit for any reason at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sydney, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, Australia.

By registering for the Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I acknowledge that ‘The Addiction Collective’ and its organizers, including ‘Line In The Sand,’ do not allow for cancellations or refunds of any kind. I understand that should I decide at any point to no longer participate to any extent, I do so with complete awareness that I will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund in any amount.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND OWNERSHIP:

In order to honor and protect intellectual property, I agree not to disclose or
communicate information about Line In The Sand practice, materials, fees, or methods to any third parties. I also agree not to give content from any of Line In The Sand Process’s systems or any other original content to other parties (unless approved and agreed).

The Addiction Collective and its organizers acknowledge that they may obtain confidential personal information from the Client and agree to keep and maintain such information confidential and not to disclose or use such information without the Client’s prior consent.

I agree to honor the sanctity and confidentiality while immersed in Line In The Sand. I agree not to disclose any other participant’s confidential personal information that may arise during the course of the program and will maintain such confidentiality indefinitely.

DISCLAIMER & INDEMNITY

The Addiction Collective and its organizers do not profess to give any form of ‘advice,’ and I (the Client) acknowledge that I am fully responsible for all choices, decisions, actions, and results (including all personal, financial, physical) before, during, and after Line In The Sand Coaching Programme. The Addiction Collective and its organizers are therefore indemnified should I, (the Client) suffer any financial loss, physical harm, or otherwise as an outcome of such choices, decisions, and/or actions.

I hereby waive and forever release, waive and discharge any claims against The Addiction Collective and its organizers and any of their associates, affiliates, or family.

The Addiction Collective and its organizers are not licensed doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. They are Holistic Trauma Informed Somatic Practitioners. Their years of lived experience, extensive study, and independent research have given them experiential insight into the nature of trauma, addiction, and mental health, and what they do with their clients is based on independent study, and what they have found most helpful for themselves and their clients.

GOVERNING LAW:

I understand that this Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of Australia and that it cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by both parties.

RESPONSIBILITY:

I acknowledge that I am here to inspire my own personal growth and transformation. I take full responsibility for my individual experience, attendance, and outcomes associated with Line In The Sand Programme and beyond. And acknowledge that I am 100% responsible for all actions and non-action, and for all results and non-results.
